Whistle Huchcha

Mysore, circa 1988. There was a character my Granpa would talk about called Whistle Huchcha (Whistling Madman in Kannada). Never saw him. All i heard was that he would dress up in 70s funky attire, ride on buses (gratis) and whistle away popular tunes. He meant no harm, I was told.
